Returns and Refunds

Shiningspine stands behind the quality of our garden lighting and irrigation products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Products must not show signs of installation or use
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order lighting fixtures
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Software or digital products
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Installation Services

Installation and labor services are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, if you are not satisfied with our installation services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@shiningspine.world or call +14402326387 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RA number with your return
  4. Ship the item to our address: 5353 Majestic Pkwy, Cleveland, OH 44146, United States

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Photos of the damage may be required.

Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranties should be handled according to the warranty terms. Please contact us for assistance with warranty claims, and we will help facilitate the process with the manufacturer.
